Are you in need of a determined, confident person during your Big Day, who will manage the service providers in the background following the schedule you have imagined, as well as kindly inform the wedding participants about the next event on the agenda, but you do not want a traditional Best Man or a Master of Ceremonies, who would like to make the participants play different games during the night? As a Wedding Coordinator, my task is to put together the wedding schedule together with you and follow the schedule to ensure the coordination with the service providers on the Big Day, as well as to inform the wedding participants about the upcoming events. For instance, after the ceremony I invite the next group of friends for the photo shoot; I tell the waiters in the kitchen to serve the soup 20 minutes later, because everyone is on the dance floor, and a good party should not be interrupted. I coordinate the events according to your requests, so that the Big Day is really pleasant and enjoyable for you.
